When you become a surrogate mother, there are many benefits, in addition to the beautiful experience. Surrogacy gives you the opportunity to stay home with your family while receiving financial compensation.
There are requirements when applying for surrogacy. These requirements are in place so that you may enjoy a comfortable and uncomplicated pregnancy. You must have at least one child, raised in your care, at the time of surrogacy. You must be between the ages of 21 and 40, a non-smoker, have a stable lifestyle, reliable transportation, and must not have been convicted of a crime or undergone substance abuse programs within the last ten years. If you are interested in becoming a surrogate mother, you and your partner will be subjected to a full criminal background check. There will also be a full medical exam, including urine drug screens and screens for STDs, HIV, and Hepatitis, as well as an ultrasound to ensure appropriate reproductive health.
As part of the application process, we will request photographs of you and your family, and run your criminal background check. Once you have completed these steps, we will begin the selection of your intended parent(s). Our staff will be with you the entire way, interviewing candidates to make sure that you find the right intended parent(s) for a fulfilling journey.
