I just wanted to let you know that I am so grateful for what you do and for all the help you have given me through the last donation and now my upcoming process. It means a lot to me that you helped push for me and that you are always there if I have a question, no matter what time it is.  I also appreciate you letting me know that this second person picked me even though it probably wasn’t in your “office hours.”  You could have easily waited the next morning, but you let me know right away… Thank you for going above and beyond!
